The official pizza of the The Phoenix  Suns and AZ Diamondbacks will not disappoint.  As a parent, finding a booth is easy, most locations have outdoor patios and a phenomenal selection of salads (you can add part of yours to round out the kids’ meal).  Streets of New York also has select nights where kids eat free!  Days and locations vary so click here to get all the information on your neighborhood: www.streetsofnewyork.com.

I mentioned the salads (like the New Gorgonzola Pear which will rock some spring into you with its candied walnuts and cranberries) but they also have a new Bruschetta appetizer, Italian Wedding soup and Eggplant Rollatini.  They have always been known for great pasta and subs (Pesto Chicken Bacon Club, I am talking to you Mr. New item) and Broaster chicken baskets available for take- out now too!

For a little under $5- kids can grab chicken strips, spaghetti, mac- n- cheese or ravioli.  If you stick with tradition (I mean it is a pizza joint after all), a slice of cheese pizza is yours for around 2 bucks.

3 kids = 8 STARS for kid approved, atmosphere and activities along with the number of Yums and mmmmmmms uttered…..

Other Comments overhead from the small hungry peeps I dined alongside:

“I can’t believe I got a lemon on my water glass” (she doesn’t get out much)

“Can we make this at home tomorrow?” (Not the pizza, but the “Passion Cookie” – and yep, we did…although we could not replicate the secret sauce)

“Those people are sitting on the same side. Are they doing the word find?” (Translation- great activities to distract the kids…also, candles and light music, with great comfy seats, warm garlic cheese bread actually lent itself to a romantic vibe (Mom doesn’t  get out much either)

“Candles?!?!!  Cool!  Can I dip my fingers in the wax?” (and that is why he  is not going back out for awhile  haha)
